Double suck

How much would it suck to live in New Orleans, lose everything in a hurricane, get moved to Houston and then get hit by a hurricane again? Man...I feel bad for these people. What's next, they get moved to California only to get hit by an earthquake? If you're the prayin' sort, I'm guessing there are plenty of people who could use some of those about now.

Yup. Category 5 right now. My parents, two of my brothers, good friends, and a few good blog buddies are there or around there. Worried about all of them.

Our tenant in the rental just left New Orleans and now they're right back in the thick of it in Houston. :(

Poor guy.

By the way, earthquakes aren't so bad. Been in flash floods, blizzards, hurricanes, two tornado warnings (never actually seen one though), and earthquakes. I'll stick with earthquakes.

I was just thinking the same thing.

I finsihed by going through my gratitude list and taking a moment to say over and over, I have no real problems today.

You know, a gratitude list is a good idea. I should make one. It's easy to get wrapped up in the day to day and forget to be grateful for what we've got...
