Poetic Justice...

Wouldn't it be cool if Hunter S. Thompson were reincarnated as B. Spears kid? He would more than pay off any Karmic debt he might have and she would at least be on a Karmic payment plan for subjecting the world to more crap music that we didn't need and all the annoying "I'm so sweet... no, I'm a tiger..." episodes. She should have that paid off in about 487 life cycles...

I fear I have pissed off some Conservatives a few blog doors down... Oh well, what else is there to do around here? I'm just not sure why people get so torqued when their beliefs are questioned. Or, for that matter, why people are so quick to assume they're being attacked for their beliefs.

I keep hearing all this "my parents instilled morals... blah, blah, blah..." and in the same breath "I don't just believe stuff because someone tells me... blah, blah... because it says in the Bible... blah, blah..." Has the whole world gone crazy?

Deep breath... Maybe it's just the Right Wingers that have lost it...

No... the Lefties are nuts too...

"Don't hurt the cute, fuzzy, little animals," cried the Hippie, his tears falling like soft rain on his leather Berks...

Fuck it... tomorrow I'm going to trip an old lady while pushing a kid and kicking a dog, eat lots of meat while stepping on flowers and looking at porn, curse America, and tell everyone I see that God doesn't exist... Or I'll just get up and go to work. I haven't decided yet.

Hi. Me again. Crazy Conservative me. Obviously I didn't get my points across well enough back in the heated comments section. What I was implying back there was not a bunch of hypocritical statements all blended into one sentence making me seemingly crazy. What I was TRYING to say was that my parents instilled morals in me just as everyone else's parents probably do as well. However, aside from parental instilled morals, babbling of Conservatives AND Liberals, and the Bible, I've formed my beliefs based on what I believe in. Not because my parents told me so, not because the Bible tells me so, not because other conservatives tell me so.

Then again, why do I even bother? This is just going to be an endless debate. Liberals are always going to think they're right and Conservatives will be the same way. I think I'm going to agree with you when you say that everyone's gone off the deep end.

Therefore, I'll leave you alone now. I've highly enjoyed reading your comments and such...they've been a lot of fun.

I don't actually think you are nuts... and I wasn't trying to lump you in an arbitrary group...

But -- I just can't get this belief out of my head -- Conservatives are fucking crazy.

So, since you don't appear to be crazy, I have to assume that either (1) my belief is wrong, or (2) you're not actually an evil Conservative...

Since it's just too much fun to heckle Conservatives... I'm going to henceforth consider you "a nice person, with a good heart, whose right-leaning tendencies don't diminish her funtastic qualities, nor her musical taste..."

Thanks. I don't think consider myself an "evil Conservative" either.
