Drinku...

I'm heading out the door.
This is a night for drinking,
Which is what I shall do.

It was fun... went to the Newsroom downtown with my friend Eileen.

There was a birthday party for some girl going on there. Many cute girls in the house, but none that seemed too terribly cool or exciting... all in all a pretty party to look at through a window, but not so great to be around...

Sorry you had a sucky night at work... hope today/tomorrow is better.

Did you know it's hard to drink and type?

Man...I feel you with the whole drinking'n'typing thing. It's after four in the morning, and I just got home from a night out with friends (please don't ask me why I'm on the internet and not sleeping. I. Do. Not. Know.) and I'm noticing that finding the right words tends to get difficult after a handful of shots and a few handfuls of vokda and cranberries.

I'm pretty sure Vodka is good for you... especially if you add cranberry. I shudder to think of the shots... or the frivolity that followed!

Yes, vodka is a food group; It's on the new Food Pyramid the FDA just put out...I think.

I add the cranberry to the vodka for it's nutritional value. It's the same reason I eat a lemon slice after a tequila shot. It's all about the vitamins in the fruit, baby.

Isn't a haiku 5-7-5? You have 6-7-6.
I'm no expert at haikus so I could be wrong. If I'm right, I'll correct it for you, no charge.
Heading out the door.

Thanks Z-slayer... but this is the ever popular drinku werein you must slur a bit and thus come up with extra sylables. It was developed by the feared Slamurai warriors who were reknowned for their drinking prowess and ability to break saki cups by thudding them on wooden tables. Alas, the art is all but lost in its native land...

Your ability to bust out haiku is going to be very helpful in the end days... Everyone knows that Zombies are easily confused by both haiku and difficult riddles...
