I didn't want to be the only one without a test...

Well, apparently this is my worldview...

You scored as Postmodernist. Postmodernism is the belief in complete open interpretation. You see the universe as a collection of information with varying ways of putting it together. There is no absolute truth for you; even the most hardened facts are open to interpretation. Meaning relies on context and even the language you use to describe things should be subject to analysis.

"You scored as Cultural Creative.

Cultural Creatives are probably the newest group to enter this realm. You are a modern thinker who tends to shy away from organized religion but still feels as if there is something greater than ourselves. You are very spiritual, even if you are not religious. Life has a meaning outside of the rational."
Even though I attend church every Sunday and experience the tightness of our "church family", I have a resounding fear of organized religion. I have read so much about brainwashing and people unable to think for themselves, that I am always checking my own thoughts against what is being advocated at church.
My husband and I left a church where homeschooling was the rule and celebrating "pagan" holidays like Halloween and Christmas was frowned on.(like I'm going to deprive my children of my fondest childhood memories!)
Our new church is so cautious about forming man-made traditions, that I'm not worried about falling into some kind of "cultish" behavior. It IS possible to be a member at a church and maintain your indentity--despite popular belief. I also don't like be labeled as "religious"
:)
Cool test, Shawn/pretty accurate results. Thanks

I got it from Jo-Anne's blog. She finds some pretty cool ones. I was Cultural Creative too, but it came down to a tie-breaker question...
